Excellent Service! Their price was just slightly lower when compared to all the places I contacted. The product (several glass shelves) were perfect and they finished the job 2 days faster than promised, which in my experience is unheard of.

This company is a complete scam. They delayed us on a project by telling us that they would be on site each morning. When we called to ask where the installer “Amy” who claims to be a simple employee tells us that the installer is in the hospital. Then when he doesn’t show up the following day she claims she was in the hospital. We asked repeatedly to speak to the owner and again she claims that he is out and can not speak. The worst part of it all is that they charged us in advance 80% and wouldn’t come to the job unless we paid the full amount. I have never seen such unprofessional people in my life running a business.

I was very, very pleased with the professionalism and courteous service from L A Glass and Mirror. I called many places for pricing of a glass table top. They answered all my questions and when I emailed them they were very quick to reply. Since this company actually fabricates on site, it’s quite “clear” why their prices were less than everyone else. I highly recommend them.
