The employers do not care, take a break whenever they feel like it while they have a whole line of clients who work. This is not the dmv, i don’t know why it takes 25-45 minutes for each person, if you’re coming here at 1:30 pm, you would not be able to get your stuff done here

I was skeptical but my experience was great! 11am on a Friday and it wasn’t too busy. I waited about 20mins before I was called the first time. The first guy I talked to looked at me like I was nuts and sent me back to the waiting area to be called. 5-10mins later I was called to Joe’s desk – he is such a great guy! He went above and beyond to help me and made my day. Thanks Joe!!

This office was a long wait, but Cecilia Loynaz was able to help my parents with what they came for plus more. Great staff and service.

Really fast and polite staff, since I got there, took me 33 minutes to complete everything that I needed to do.
