I ordered flowers for my mother for Mothers Day. The Delivery came on time, however, the flowers were completely wilted beyond revival. I called and raised a complaint. They have a smile guarantee policy, so they sent a replacement. It took two weeks for the replacement to arrive and the base had chattered in the box. The package have very little protection for the ceramic vase which cause shards to cut the flowers and she receive dead flowers yet again. I called and their response was to offer me 20% off a future purchase and a partial refund. When I asked how much a partial refund would be, they said it would be 50% because they had sent the flowers and they have to pay for the expenses. While I understand having to pay expenses, that is the cost of doing business and when you ship flowers, you need to know how to do so. A company as large as this one, you would expect them to know how to properly ship flowers in order for the customer to receive them while they are still alive. Poor customer service and I will not be ordering from them again.

I placed an order the wend before mothers day, the flowers got to my mom monday after mothers day after several calls and complaints, flowers where old and none of them open properly, they would not give me my money back or any kind of credit, customer service was horrible and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!! Very upsetting!!!!

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day I didn’t get them until 2 days after. I didn’t get the flowers I ordered. I ordered two balloons along the flowers, didn’t get them. The flowers were Tulips they looked like they were drying instead of blooming. They still charged me the same amount for only the flowers. Really don’t lose your money here.

Horrible. Did not receive what we paid for. Needless to say, I was not pleased and embarrassed to what they sent to my mother for Valentine’s Day. The photo does not match whatsoever.

I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday and they didnt delivered. Customer service was awful, lying, putting me on hold for hours and taking actions by their own. Upseting result. Keep away of this people is you dont want to get damaged your own reputation
