Do not go to this store. They lie and the store manager is the worst of all does not even speak English. I had to call corporate and found out that this store is not corporate that it is franchise. Filing a complaint because the store manager (Humberto) refuses to show me a history of my payments after he promised a deal that was a lie just to make the sale. We will see how this ends. I have been a loyal customer of Aaron’s for many years and have never had to deal with such unprofessionalism.

I recommend NOONE ever get anything here ! Worst experience i have ever had !! Im trying to save someone else from going thru what i did. First of all you will pay 5x wgat the real cost is ! Then they harrass you and your family to a point of obesseion. ! I got 34 phone calls in one day the month after i signed up. They called my daughter my dad and told them they will call as maby times as they wanted. It was a day after my payment was due ONE DAY. The whole experience was horrible. Then they charged one of my credit cards without my permission . THIEVES!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!! There are other locations that will give you better customer service. The staff need to be fired!!The staff are still really rude!! I have a monthly bill for $25 a month. The second day of the month I received a call and instead of being friendly and reminding my bill was due the guy was very rude. I have worked for Aaron’s for three years in the past so I know how things work. He threatened to call me every hour and I told him he couldn’t do that. I also said I was at work and couldn’t talk and he still was rude. I also had the manager call my work to leave me a message when i was 5 days past due. This is not allowed either. I called back to speak to the manager, Lester, and his attitude was just as bad!! I will be contacting their regional manager and having a discussion.

I am in utter disbelief of the service I was provided. Poor to fair is not justifiable of how pathetic there service was. I called the location on 8263 W Flagler in Miami Florida for SIMPLE information about renting a computer, Well the gentleman that answered stated his greeting beyond extremely rude then when I ask him the process of renting a computer he asks for my name puts it in the system, asks if my wife has a account? I replied no and Reiterated my question. He rudely said hold and slammed the phone down, After a few minutes a lady speaking Spanish answers with the same script rudely as well. I again explained my question to which she yelled please hold and get this she just flat out HUNG UP!! on me!! I called back and she answered I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and again she screams hold. I advised the manager of the beyond poorness of his pathetic excuse for staff and that this review would be and has been posted. I do not even have a Gmail account but created one just to warn you all stay away from this location, they are beyond rude, and just hang up on you. I work in customer service and have worked in sales and customer satisfaction and call quality is number one. And I rate them below any number that pops in your head times 10.
