I had experince bad costumer service and lack of respect on public places we are all humans but never compare to this place I bought my “new furniture “ the firts time that it was delivered to my new house the furniture was all cracked and broke I called the Manager store who very rude accept to send me a new one the second time It was delirivery to me I waited more than 6 hours for the delivery to end up recinving a worse furniture set. Then I call back the place and all I expirence was the manager yelling at me with some type of Argentina’s insults., I even feel scared the way I was treated I could not believe I was talking to a store manager and to someone who I’m giving my money and my marketing favoritisms as a citizen I took on consideration to call the police and obtain a report. The manager reffert to me as a useless child not less I could teach him some manners and RN nurse and all I hope is no one to expirince this night mirror when you bought you own house “ at the end the lady who works at the place call me to apologized however that was not her job.

First the delivery people did not want to work everything was no we can bring up. Then they sent a nice guy to bring up to my apartment of course he shoved the refrigerator after I spend about 4K on a stove and refrigerator. The manager has not returned my call after 3 calls and messages to the store but yet I am responsible to pay them for their 4K on a damaged refrigerator. This was my second time returning and has been the most horrible experience as a business owner do not wish this upon others.
This is how companies lose faithful customers. I don’t recommend this place check your merchandise before they leave your house not a reliable company.

It is clear that the employees working this establishment have no idea how to call their client’s employers. One of the employees from this business called asking for one of your clients, and when we stated that the employee was not in the office that we could give them his number, the response was ‘We have his number, the important part is that he picks up, not that we have the number.’ That is no way to speak to the employer of your client. We are not the one with the issue, if not your client. The next time you wish to call an employer to collect on a debt, I suggest that you have a little more class and respect when doing so.
