This place is horrible for kids run far away from this place . Front desk seems to forget that they are working , they spend must of their times talking about their personal life and act as if they where doing you a favor and must of the time seem to ignore patients people have to wait about 2hrs for anybody to take care of them. They have lost my daughter’s files about 3 different time this place is a joke I don’t even know how they got a license from the state of Florida

this place absolutely sucks. Dont come here with the idea of trying to do something after your so called “appointment”. And dont waste your time making an appointment the place is like a walk in. Hundreds of people complain about the long waits. The owner does absolutely nothing. this place deserves a 0

Horrible experience. I set an appointment for my son for today, he has two cavities. They lied and said it was a regular process. When we got there there was a different story and it is not the first time this happens. I feel really disappointed my son is just a kid they should provide options and find a solution but they just don’t care. I spoke with the doctor Christina Puig, really unprofessional. They only gave me one option, either pay for the procedure(expensive) or leave. They did not give me any other option. I will never come back to this place again.

The office staff and the dentist herself are amazing but the wait time is way too much. I spent a little over 3 hours there today for a routine cleaning for my boys. Apart from that everything else is great.
