AC Pro Med Spa (Closed Temporarily)

If I could give it zero stars I would. I did not purchase the Groupon but their more expensive one. I worked two areas one area looks like I had nothing done. The other one is drooping right back to how it was. I went back they tried to sell me more saying I need more. No way in hell I’m paying these people $1000 (already paid $500). As the other reviewer said they never open the product in front of you. The aesthetician which the other lady kept referring to as a doctor ( I honestly cannot say if she is not) did hide in a little closet filling the syringe. I did not think of it while I was there until I read the review. Also when I went back she herself made some alarming remarks about the product….which I never insinuated. Which made me think these people are ripping people off. She even said well I understand while you are not happy you purchased the more expensive one…the ones that complain don’t. I am very unhappy with the results. I feel I threw money down the drain. I tend to write good reviews when a company deserves it. This company which is the process of changing their name does not. Buyer be aware…. rip off do not get jipped. (Ps I waited a week before contacting and went in on the 2nd to allow product to work. And nothing going on my 3rd week and it’s looking like I had nothing done. $500 down the drain.

I would give this place no stars. I work in the medical field and I have never seen a more unprofessional place. I came in for lip injections, the nurse doesn’t even prep the vial in front of you, so you don’t know what she’s really giving you. Also, they don’t explain anything to you. The first day after the treatment my lips were swollen from the injection, literally 1-2 days after my lips were back to normal and I was injected with 1 syringe. Totally not normal. Now I’m left with bumps on my lips and my lips back to normal. These people are a scam, save your time and your money.

Honestly it wasn’t terrible but I feel as if the nurse was tired. I was expecting a speech of what they’re going to do but I plopped down, she cleaned the area with alcohol and started going to work. Very strange but I guess it was an ok experience.

The Dr Vanessia is the best… She did my lips amazing.. I love my lips… She is very nice and she took good care of me… Pain free… I recommend this place and her…the receptionist is very nice too… Love this place

The receptionist was very polite and informed me about the procedure in detail. The doctor was really sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel any pain and she listened to my request, the results are beautiful. Definitely recommending to my friends and family. 🙂
