Visit was pleasant they they tried to be as helpful as possible however they should have background department and someone who can help providers better and train providers to keep their employees records up to date and how to comply better with the rules and regulations. I am new in Medicaid as HR Director and wish to have training and a backup support from AHCA office here in Miami. Other than that they were helpful and did as much as they could to assist me.

Ridiculous, incompetent agency that needs to be dismantled and reorganized. They gave erroneous information on Medicaid chart about Staywell and provided no way to get information on providers of the different plans. They want you to select plan without having adequate information. I’m writing to my Senators and Congressman about this. Totally INCOMPETENT agency!
