Not too helpful. I was looking for some adapters that I was not familiar with for a sand blaster, I had some with me to show them that where already connected to a heacy duty air hose. I verbally explained what I was looking for and they said they don’t make it. I advised that i had them in my truck if they wanted to take a look they said no we don’t have it in the size you are asking for refusing to look at what I had. I then asked could it be ordered answer was no followed by silence. At this point it was clear they didn’t want my business. I called another local company, I passed by, they checked out the hose and found a solution in minutes with common items that where in stock.
