Hire Alcon Windows With Caution….
HORRIBLE and RUDE Customer Svc. from one particular young man whom answered phone there, probably family member. But overall company does not care for your business, they will give a quote via email and No Follow-up from anyone at the company to review nor discuss your estimate as if your business isn’t needed I later had to call them to follow up because no one called me and it was 1 month later so I called them to inquire and when I questioned about my quote and the horrible follow up by them the guy hung up on me. I guess he’s too sensitive and couldn’t take the heat. EspeciallyI was going to spend thousands in replacing All my windows in my home. The owner Victor who came out for estimate was nice, and helpfull but what a shame that one employee can ruin a company’s image and reputation. This to me says a lot about a company, because if this is the treatment they give to a potential customer then imagine the treatment once they don’t need you to sign contract after work is finished. How can they be trusted.

Alcon Windows was a life saver when my previous contractor bailed on me they were there to help me out. From the first call till the end of the job they were proffesional and responsive. Do yourself a favor and go straight to these guys, best prices in Miami without a doubt.

BEWARE if your windows arrive wrong or damaged.

My wife and I ordered 3 windows from Alcon. 2 1/2 months later, they arrived. First, all windows came with the wrong latches. I called the company and they said that’s what we ordered which was a blatant lie because we specifically made sure we told the gentlemen what we wanted. But they still refused to acknowledge. However, the worse situation was, one of the windows arrived damaged. I immediately called the company and their initial response was to have my contractor fix it. I had a problem with this because we paid for a brand new window and if my contractor attempts to fix it and damages it more, we are responsible. I asked the manager if we can have the window replaced and she said, they will contact the manufacturer, that there’s nothing else they can do. Now it’s been 2 1/2 weeks and nothing was resolved. I called back several times and Alcon told me the manufacturer was not responsible. I asked for a refund, but they told me they would have to sell that window and give me the credit. This was insane because it’s their fault. The agreed to pickup the window and try and fix it themselves. But it’s already been over 3 weeks and I had to finish the remodel because we were being charged by our contractor already and have no idea how much longer it will take.
