Amazing service! I booked on Wednesday for a Saturday event – they were so quick and on time. Ales was also very quick to respond to my emails and would call to follow up as well. And, of course, the food was amazing! All the guests loved it and asked for the contact information. Thank you again so much!

We had Alfredo as our chef from Ale’s Paella and he was beyond amazing! He engaged with our guest, was super friendly, arrived on time and everyone loved how tasty our “Campesino Paella” was. Ale the owner was a pleasure to work with as well. He sent us a qoute via email same day we called and answered all our questions promptly. We will use them again for sure. Professionalism and great customer service was beyond our expectations for our 90th celebration!

Ales paella did a PHENOMENAL job catering my baby shower! We ordered the Seafood Paella for 50 people but ended up having WAYYYY More guests than expected, THANKFULLY everyone was satisfied and most guests were able to get seconds. My guests complimented the seasonings and everything tasted fresh. I also appreciated that the chef REMINDED ME TO EAT, with so much excitement in one room, I almost forgot ! Thanks again Ales Paella!!!!! I will be recommending to all of my friends and family!!!

Wonderful experience for a second time !! The chef was on time and the food 🥘 amazing. He was able to be ahead of time even though the event was in West Palm Beach . The food presentation excellent , also the chef very professional. Outstanding service. The people was very satisfied with this option used for a wedding reharsal dinner .
