Staff was not helpful and manager refused to look for products (with a given description number) that the website said this store had in stock. I was out of town and sent someone else to pick up a gift I called earlier about and asked to put on hold, but when my relative came in it was the incorrect product. They tried to sell my relative other necklaces that were $38 in store and $15 online, would not give the online price. When my relative asked for a product to be looked up to see if it was in stock when the website said it was in stock, they did not bother to try looking and simply said they did not have it. Will not being returning here, my relative walked out. Such a shame I enjoy Alex and Ani products very much and this is closest store to my home, but I will be visiting other store locations for my future purchases.

I received braclets as gift from my younger daughter. I love the light weight feel,
that the bangles can be adjusted to fit. I love the attachments on mine, you can create your own blue print .
