I will like to give alexton a 5 start review after many hours of driving store by store we stop at alexton and we have a great experience not only he work on satisfied my request he even lower the price to make us happy he explain to us the difference between products and we could said have a little class in how to install tiles lol

On our experience it’s one of the best places to buy tiles, we have been in the construction business for more than 13 years and we have bought tiles in many different places, but all the time we find in Alexton Tiles a very different and good selection of what we need to satisfy our clients’ taste and also our own taste, we also have the best opinion of their customer service.
Their customer service is excellent, every time we visit the store or we refer one of our client all of them have been a great help, especially the young man Rene, he has always treated us very professional

Excellent, excellent, excellent and let me explain you why. Initially I was a bit hesitant to visit the store after reading the reviews posted on Yelp but my installer insisted that they had great prices and a large selection of tiles. Immediately upon my arrival to the store, I was greeted in a friendly manner by Renee and was offered coffee and water. I got to spend approximately 2 hours in the store as my wife was not present and we went back and forth on the phone until we reached a decision for the floor tiles. Throughout this time everyone who walked in was treated in the same manner and made sure customers were comfortable. On this day, after a while, I’m going back and forth with their beautiful collection of tiles and we decided to buy 1500 square feet at a magnificent price ultimately saving $900 during the purchase.

They promised me next day delivery at 11 am. On the following day, they called throughout the morning giving me updates on the delivery and after the delivery was made they called to make sure I was satisfied.

Since I was in the store for over 2 hours and was able to see the same VIP treatment by Renee and staff, I wonder if the negative reviews is due to the competition which unfortunately happens in Miami. I would definitely go back in the future if necessary, without any hesitation. I give them 5 stars. Thank you Renee.

Inicialmente tenía mis dudas al visitar la tienda después de leer las reseñas publicadas en Yelp, pero mi instalador insistió en que tenían excelentes precios y una gran selección de azulejos. Inmediatamente después de mi llegada a la tienda, Renee me recibió de manera amistosa y me ofrecieron café y agua. Tuve que pasar aproximadamente 2 horas en la tienda ya que mi esposa no estaba presente y fuimos de un lado a otro por teléfono hasta que tomamos una decisión sobre las baldosas. Durante todo este tiempo, todos los que entraron fueron tratados de la misma manera y se aseguraron de que los clientes estuvieran cómodos. En este día, después de un tiempo, voy de ida y vuelta con su hermosa colección de azulejos y decidimos comprar 1500 pies cuadrados a un precio magnífico que finalmente ahorrará $ 900 durante la compra.

I love this place. Their tile selection is really nice but more than the tiles I love their customer service.
The owner’s wife is really a sweetheart. Very attentive and patient!
We purchased the tiles for the master bathroom of one of our clients here and the quality was stunning, delivery was on point and no issues at all.
Will definitely buy from them again.
