Excellent company! Very knowledgeable staff!

BEWARE-BEWARE I have Contract to Lease started October 07/2017.My Tenants Deposited $6 600 on Sept 21 in the Escrow Account of ALL HOMES TITLE. My Tenants and me went to walk through October 09. The checks of my Real Estate Commission and my Check for $4 400 was not ready at this time. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

As title companies go, I will remember this difficult closing only because of the extra hard work by Yill Bouza. A HOA was attempting to take advantage of the current seller, by inflating the condo fee payoff.
After many emails and phone calls, I found the owner of this title company went and personally got a payoff, not once, but three occasions to get it taken care of.
This is a common problem, but I have never seen someone with such determination to help the seller which in this case was a small non-profit from Tampa. The unit was a foreclosure, and then practically gifted to the non-profit. We did a really nice rehab,and would only sell to someone who was below 120% average median income, and they had to be a minority also.
So, we made sure that if someone had a misfortune to loose their home, that it went back into the community and NOT an investor.
