If I could get this website and their customer service 0 stars I would. I ordered the dog calming spray and after about a week and a half I still had not received it. I checked the tracking number they provided and noticed it was saying it was delivered via USPS. I contacted AllVet to advise them I never got the product as the tracking number suggested. They then emailed me back saying the tracking number shows I received it. I reiterated that yes it does show that, but I didn’t have the product. After they were done accusing me of lying they agreed to send me another one, free of charge, and requested a signature for it (which I was fine with). I got the product but they had sent me a feline one instead of the canine one I had purchased. Based on all the hardship I had with this company to this point I emailed them stating their mistake and advised I wanted to know how to go about sending this back and getting a full refund. They emailed back saying they could send me the correct product, I stated that I did not want anything but my money back and to send this back to them. I finally got a shipping label which I used to send back the incorrect product. I waited April 3rd to make sure it had time to get back to them and for a refund to be issued. I checked the tracking number, they received it back on March 18 but no refund had been issued. I emailed them about it and never heard back. I re-emailed them on April 6th and finally heard back from them… Stating that they no longer had my card information I used to purchase the product and did not have any explanation on why it was taking so long. I was told my refund will be to me by next week… We’ll see…
