I agree with all the negative reviews. I wish I had read them before placing an order. I placed an order 11/20. My credit card was charged right away. Ten days later and my vet still had not been contacted to approve the prescription medication i ordered. Doesn’t this company realize that prescription medications are usually needed right away and a two week or more delay is totally unacceptable. I will not order from them again. I tried to call four times. Each time I was placed in a queue and then when I was #1 for the next customer service rep, I was disconnected – FOUR times, that’s not just a coincidence!

I think they must be paying for the five star reviews. They all sound alike. And does it seem reasonable that there are onlyone star reviews from actual customers and five start reviews from bogus customers – at least they ought to pay for a few 3 or 4 star reviews to make it more believable.

I have used All Vet Med 3 times before and always had outstanding experience while shopping there. The prices are very reasonable and their customer service is great. In all instances the medications I ordered for my dogs arrived on time. I will use them again if necessary.

So glad to have found AllVetMed. I have definitely benefited greatly from their services as they’ve contributed greatly to the needs of my wife’s dog. I see improvement with the medication they provide and my experiences with their staff have been pleasant. I definitely recommend ordering from them.

I absolutely love AllVetMed. They have made my life and my dog Charlies life so easy. Having a furry friend that is on long term medication can be a big chore. AllVetMed makes my life so simple. The people in the customer service department are so professional and friendly. My orders always arrive right on time as agreed upon. I have also now started to order many other products from the site as I am so accustomed to their great service.
