Nice atmosphere but the food could be better.

Excellent front desk staff. Very friedly and great sight seeing
suggestions. Only negative is that windows could be better sound proofed as we hear music from bar across the street, but the staffs make all the difference.

Nice modern hotel. Good service. On 107th about 15-30min from airport. Close to restaurants and other convenience with being the middle of Miami.

Noisy place. In my 3 nights stay, I had to request a room change because of the noise on the halls and people in the room next to mine. When checking out they charged me the full price for the first night and honestly was a very bad night and morning… the receptionist told me that it was not their fault what happened.. I was like: is not my fault either???

The place is just ok. Lot of kids around, lot of noise everywhere and some of the staff is nice, some are not very good on customer service.

If you are traveling with kids this is your place if you are on a business/work trip… don’t waste your money.

We always like the pet friendly aloft. We really intended to be at the airport location but ended up here due to availability. It was a fortunate adjustment. This facility is a bit nicer and the location was great. Staff was super nice and we liked the green spaces and the nearby restaurants including right next door at the Element.

Super art deco! I love it! The vibe is chilling with a bar and pool table at the lobby. The rooms are big fully equipped with blow dryer and ironing board. Bathrooms are gorgeous! And the pool is amazing! Hotel staff is great and friendly. I love this place!
