Great place to live. They do a fantastic job of keeping the facilities clean and organized. The office staff is helpful, and goes above and beyond to take care of its clients. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to live.

I wanted a studio apartment within walking distance of my office, and this place met my needs. Also CVS pharmacy and The Fresh Market are quick walks. Amenities include pool, fitness room, clubhouse with TV, games, coffee machine. There is a Doral Trolley stop in the northside of the complex Rental prices are consistent with high cost of living for this area. The place is new and I found no problems with my studio, which had one previous tenant. Leasing office staff was helpful and courteous before and after signing the lease. So far, so good.
