Applebee’s Grill + Bar

We had the babyback ribs. One dish was good the other was very spicy and the meat was little tough. Also it look a while to get served. Maybe was an off day, but I will not be back. 😞

Paid my tab right away as I have three kids and we like to leave as quickly as possible when they start getting loud and restless. After I paid my tab the waiter completely ignored me. I even gave her a great tip. They never gave me boxes to take my food home even after getting up and asking three different people. They never refilled my drinks. And it was my daughter’s first birthday and we waited for her to come back round even got her attention to try and get desert. Never again. I’m very unsatisfied.

The food is pretty good at a nice price but the service was horrible at this location. The place was 1/3rd full or less when I arrived, That means 2/3rds of the tables were empty in the place, yet they forced a huge line of customers including my family to wait 30 minutes at the door standing up. Everybody was restless commenting about the bad service saying it’s like that every time they visit. The food and price brings them back but for how long? The Waiter’s did not refill drinks or my “all you can eat” wings, shrimp or ribs but once and only after 30 minutes, they walk by far without a Care for the table. The service is very poor at this location in a popular area that has a lot of people driving y and stopping there daily in a big city, they need more workers or better service, not sure what the problem was, but all of the regulars said it happens every time they visit this location.

Your average Applebees. Cheap and familiar but not the finest culinary experience. Eliet was a server, she was a nice girl but was serving a billion tables. Please hire more servers

To say this was bad I can’t, the food was a 3 of 5 good for a quick stop when you have a bit of time to burn on your hands. However the service was below average then the normal activity after 5pm when I normally would visit. Around 2:30 to 3:00 the wait staff was not attentive at all. One fill on the drink, no follow up check to see if the meal was acceptable. Took the meal to go after the drink ran empty, the best was a container for the tartar sauce that was never brought to the table. The fish and chips was cooked well I would not say it’s not worth the trip. Although the monitoring of the wait staff has to get up to speed for a better review, as of now you must stop the staff to assist you for the basic needs that a normal restaurant trains their staff to be on top of.
