Auto Painting USA Collision West Miami/Airport

Terrible. I was trying to talk to someone but their offices are open and unattended. Easily distracted employees that anyone can walk into their office and do God knows what. I waiting for a good 20 mins, nobody approached me asking what I wanted. I’ll go somewhere else where they ask questions and get to know what I want.

I would say I am a very picky client. I ask many questions to make sure I am getting what I want. I was definitely wrong in my opinion that this was a subpar auto body shop. Took my pride enjoy project car I’ve had since the age of 18. The customer service that Mighel and Tony provided me was A+++. My car was returned to me and surpassed my expectations. Thank you guys I will definitely recommend anyone to you.

I have been so pleased with Auto Painting USA. Recently, I had two projects completed by the team in the West Miami/Airport location. One was for my lease and the other was for a 2002 Chrysler. truly impressed by how much detail, and work that was put into my car once I received it back. I went with their mid tier package, and I truly do not regret it. I plan on keeping my car for the next 3+ years so the warranty that comes with it is extra piece of mind if something were to happen with the work they have done.
