This place is fraud my daughter 19 saved up as much money she could to purchase a car went to this place to finance her car. They picked the car up a week later and would not answer the phone this really hurt my daughter now she is so depress behind this and we will get to the bottom of this.

This place is fraud. The people there were so nice and caring before I got my car but afterwards when I started to question certain things they blocked me and every phone I called from they hung up in my face. They also do false paper work, a week after I got my car I found out I was never approved and it got picked up. these people only want your money.. I can not believe this happened to me please don’t let these people get you..btw They do their own reviews to get clientele so please be very careful…

Unprofessional, with the experience I’ve heard, the dealer ship is doing false paperwork with customers and causing them to spend more than they really have to. The dealer ship needs to own up to their own flawed acts if not they will and perhaps result in a doomed business. It is unsatisfying to hear the financial problems that my friend is going through right now because of simple misinformation.

Sold me a missed up car they also lied about having warranty the car they gave was a 2018 Altima that was supposed to be in great condition but that car gave me more problems then the one that I had from 2008 did some illegal paperwork now me and my mom are struggling with the car not knowing what to do we have to Uber everywhere wasting more money then I have ever expected

Very poor customer service, lack of professionalism, from the very first moment that you walk in this place all what you see is kids toys all over the place, and a baby watching TV, sales reps are the best LIARS in the world, specially a guy name Humberto Velaidez. Do not buy from here most of the reviews are fake, he even reviews himself to get a better rate, interests are way too high. My car got pullover by MDPD for fake paperwork. Be careful and if you need proof of this contact me. BBB already aware of this.
