All the negative reviews for extremely poor customer service are accurate.

The manager/owner and her female assistant are both mean, nasty, and highly unprofessional.

They refused to assist me with an online consent form in which the owner wrote down the wrong web address.

I caught her sidekick laughing as I was speaking with an Avis customer support person over the telephone. She also refused to speak to a customer service representative who was trying her best to assist me over the telephone.

They both stated that it was my problem that I was not able to complete the online consent form.

The manger/owner made me very uncomfortable with doing business with her and laughed when I stated that I was going to file multiple complaints against this location.

Poor customer service usually translates into poorly maintained vehicles. So I left after two hours of humiliation.

Avoid this place if you like feeling appreciated!

I was forced to stand in line for 2 AND A HALF HOURS in a smelly, unkempt and crowded room, ONLY to be told information that SHOULD HAVE been relayed over the phone, so as to not waste my time, money, and energy. What’s the point of having an appointment if you still have to wait? What’s the point of checking a person’s credit as long as they have the cash on hand? Just completely unprofessional.

Made a reservation but there is no car. Don’t reserve here

I went there from kendall to get a car to work with uber but the older lady there is rude. They told me they do a soft credit check but they did a deep credit check and she was happy to tell me I’m not qualified.

The staff is super friendly 🥰 ,yes, there is high demand but that’s what happens when you have a great quality of people and prices!! Ibis is the best !! So professional and friendly ❤️
