This place is terrible. People die here. The food and drinks were terrible. Someone in the staff for room service tried to STEAL my luggage. I repeat STEAL my luggage. Don’t ever come here. Because you can die here too.

I would give them a negative rating if I could, I stayed at the Grand Bahia Principe Punta Cana. And I must say it was the worst customer service I ever experienced. I called them cause my air conditioning wasn’t working along with my fridge. No one ever came to help me, I had to figure out the air conditioning on my own. Even after I fixed it the room was still hot, no one ever came to fix our fridge. They stole my girl friends make up from our bathroom, my friends girl friends money from their room, and they didn’t want to help my other friend with her shuttle. She had to take a one hour cab ride to the airport at 4am. Mind you she paid the hotel for the shuttle service. They showed her no remorse they joked about her situation and lied to her. That they spoke to a rep that they will pick her up at 4am. You can’t walk to the lobby without getting harassed to take a vacation package presentation. And aggressively at that they didn’t leave us alone until we agreed to a tour. They told us 30mins and held us up for a a whole hour. Even after we told them we had a wedding to attend. We missed the wedding ceremony cause of them. I will never stay at a Bahia Principe hotel in Punta Cana and I recommend you don’t as well.

USA Reservations in Florida used very deceptive tactics while attempting to book a vacation. Under the impression I was booking an all inclusive vacation including flights where agent mentions Air Transat by name. After providing Credit card info, I’m informed that flights are NOT included….after cancelling on the same phone call on Feb 5 – agent reassures me by email the refund had been initiated on Feb 6 – its now Feb 17 and the refund has only just been processed – I will be waiting another 6-10 days apparently for my refund. Agent apologizes and tells me they will work on a discounted trip if I re-book with them. After several spirited phone calls and emails it seems they just don’t care…well neither do I – I would NOT USE Bahia Principe FOR ANYTHING EVER specifically the SCAM USA Reservations out of 8726 NW 26th St # 24, Doral, FL 33172, USA
