Been a loyal customer for five years

I’ve been searching everywhere for Unique’s Kanekalon Eunice hair. I finally found it on this site just to order it and receive a text from the company saying my money has been refunded. No reason why. So I call and ask why. They say it’s out of stock. So now I’m like ‘maybe it should have said “out of stock” on the site.’ They apologize. I accept that and find something similar. It’s the Unique’s Kanekalon Tri Eunice. So this time I call before making the purchase online to make sure it’s in stock. I got hung up on 4 times while on hold before someone actually talks to me and he says…’updating our site has always been a big problem because the people upfront don’t let us know when something is out. We won’t know until you purchase something and the warehouse goes looking for it.’ What kind of logic is that??? You mean I have to spend my money to know if the merchandise is available. And if it’s not I have to wait X amount of business days for my money to be returned to my card??? Weird way of doing business. But they’ve been in business for 25 years I guess they’re doing what works for them.
