The folks at Beninca USA were finally able to help my local gate technician to get our gates up and running.
I was totally flummoxed by the programming codes.
Not at all user friendly.
The product is good. Works well when you get around all the really bad programming nonsense.
Unfortunately the folks at Beninca USA are stuck with being the only people stateside(Beninca is a European product)so they bear the brunt of people all over trying to get their systems to work too.
I actually lost my cool, with them them. I eventually apologized for my behavior.
It was uncalled for.
In any case they did well to get the gates up and running with my guy here (Greg) in California.

Amazing customer service !
I am not an expert in gate operators but these guys drove me through it and converted a high demanding task in a simple, peace of mind, process.
My customer was super grateful, I really appreciate what you did for me guys.

I wanted to comment on the review of Nicholas, as it is very cowardly to make a fake review of a customer experience with this company. Apparently Beninca has a hard time taking criticism on their actions.

Once again, I would not recommend this business to ANYONE!

As a field installer of fences and gates I have found, again and again, that Beninca brand motors are by far the easiest to customize with accessories such as intercoms or photocell safety systems. Over the phone tech support is supurb!
The Ferrari of gate motors!!!

Unprofessional staff. Jeśus and the little punk up front have serious attitude problems and have ZERO customer service skills. Look elsewhere for gate openers/garage openers… the people behind the sales counter don’t deserve your business.

I think their response proves my point… unprofessional establishment with poor customer service skills. Good luck Jeśus… you sad miserable excuse for a life.
