I wish that I would have read these reviews regarding the customer service before because it is very true. Don’t go here go somewhere else this is not the cheapest and they’re horrible.

Scam. Do Not Go Here! They don’t tell you until after you’ve made a payment that you have to be under 18 to take a permit course. They refused to offer refund or put the money towards another course. Customer service was not helpful.

Go somewhere else!
The course was easy, but they are not the cheapest, and their customer services is horrible! They advertise that the 4 hour driving course is
$5.94, but they fee you
$11.56 for an administration fee,
$2.50 for a state assessment fee, then
$4.95 to email it to you.
Really? It’s really $24.95, NOT the $5.94 that they advertise.

DO NOT USE THIS SCHOOL!!! The customer service is horrible, they don’t call back when they said they would. They are rude and completely unhelpful. Everything is fine if nothing goes wrong. But if you have an issue, you will not get help here. We had a power outage mid exam, and they want me to pay the FULL price to take the exam again. They do not even offer a discount for a retake if something goes wrong that is not your fault. After I already purchased the full price top package. Do yourself a favor and go give your business to someone else. Also its free to go into DMV and take the test. They have prep course on DMV website. You have to go in and take a sight exam and to get the permit anyways. So just study and go in for FREE!!!!

If you are a new driver get the package that include the prep course. It will help you pass the permit test on your first attempt. I wish I had taken it before my first attempt at passing the DMV test. I would have passed my first time.
