Best Western Plus Miami-Doral/Dolphin Mall

This hotel was the absolute worst!!!! It’s started with the extremely musty smell as u exit the elevator. There were several hairs in the sheet. What was advertised was very misleading in terms of shuttle services to airport and shopping malls. It’s better to rent a car an stay somewhere else. The room was not serviced by housekeeping even though the DND sign was off. Lastly the toilet stopped flushing. The lever to flush broke. Terrible! I stay in several hotels, never this chain…but it will surely be the first and last time I’d be staying in any Best Western.

Almost 5 stars but deserves that rating. Our room was very clean and very spacious room. The staff was very kind and courteous and willing to help. The room comes with a great Free breakfast that is better than most. I would recommend

My first and second visit were more than what I expected. The staff was very helpful, nice, professional and thoughtful. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was clean including the room and gym. The staff Emanuel. Jennifer and Karyna were outstanding. I will certainly come again it’s a home away from home.
