BJ’s Wholesale Club

Went there around noon on Sunday, May 17, 2020. Asked where we should get the cards from and were they being cleaned. Was told by a staff member that they have a person but he wasn’t there today. If you’re not cleaning your stuff, your place is disgusting and I am not shopping there. I just went across to Palmetto to Costco, where they actually clean stuff. My membership is history and BJ’s. Always knew they were the low rent version of Costco, now I am certain of it.

This location is awful, the communication between employees is non existent. Not to mention the communication between customer and customer service is awful and rude.

I was there 3 months ago. They couldn’t help me update business information and told me that they don’t have an email for their store which is strange in 2020. I kept questioning it and they kept denying it. It seems in this location many of the Customer Service personnel don’t speak English. The second time I waited 10 minutes to have someone help me, they kept seeing me waiting at the service desk and kept speaking Spanish among themselves until one of them approached the Customer Service desk. I asked the same question again they said quite the opposite and gave me an email. Be cautious very shady personnel at this location.

Customer service has an old lady that she still think still in the communism island Cuba dont respect customer and call customer with name and the manager or the other Cuban lady in chart also think they can do what ever they want to do this isn’t cuba you have to respect the customer. All this because is hialeah where people think they still in cuba this isn’t cuba go back to your communists and do whatever you want with the customer.

I saw a roach today…. in the store.. i was
discussed.. I dont know how to feel about that, there can definitely be more around and maybe even in the food… gross. I wasnt happy about that.
