I came depressed to this beauty salon as I had a terrible work done in my hair by someone else. Alain was so sweet and completely FIXED my hair. Honestly , the service and what Alain did to my hair was an impecable work. Thank you , thank you. I LOVE this place and the people. Went today to get my eyebrows done, the girl who didn’t sais her name, doesn’t have any experience. She took too much time to do her ”job” an at the end she just cleaned the eyebrow no design, nothing. I’ve wasted $20. I do not recommend this salon; not sure about the other services, but eyebrows 0. Very low quality was, my face is red ad itchy right after the procedure.

I love this place, service is just out of the world. Mariano Oporto is an artist. I’m so happy I finally found the place for all my beauty needs. I’m extremely happy with their sevices.

Best salon in the Miami area, period. There are so many great things about this place, but the most relevant ones for me are that the personnel is extremely nice and amazing at what they do. I got my hair colored for the first time and I couldn’t be happier, everyone keeps asking me where I got it done! The manicure and pedicure service is also perfection, couldn’t be happier!

Amazing Customer Service and Clean Salon. I got in, was check in and the host called by my name really attentive, was offered to sit and while I was waiting I got offer something to dink and I asked for a coffee that was really good. I had a pedicure and the chair provided a great massage. During my pedicure the woman on my right side saw another women hair complementing the blower she received by Carolina the hair stylist doing my pedicure, yes she can do multiple things. Then a Manicure, during my manicure met the owner Jessica very polite and offer me something to drink and I asked for water. Then I had a men hair cut, after me the women that I met she sit down to have a blower with Carolina. I really liked the people of the Salon, the services provided and the cleanness of the Salon. I definitely recommended and will return. definitely a 5 STAR Salon. Thank you.
