Superb experience!!! I had an unit rented for more than 7 years and I couldn’t ask for a better service. My calls were attended on time and, any issue that I had was taken care in a flash. I recommend it with a 5 star review.

If you don’t want them to steal your money, don’t do business with this company, they are scammers
let’s start that the first fifteen days of the contract there was a problem with the electricity that they knew about it and never said anything we didn’t have electricity, air conditioning and microvawe for two weeks…
To determine how much they give you back from the deposit at the end of the contract they use a super professional and special camera to take photos of the apartment that without that camera it is impossible to see the defects of the walls .. they are thieves I suggest that you never never never rent with them

I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Jose L Cortesi the owner of Blue Star. I requested the meeting to help a family friend handle a security deposit dispute. I have been a licensed Realtor for 16 years with 30 years experience in property management. Jose agreed to meet with me despite having no obligation to do so. I must say his that his integrity, patience & professionalism was very impressive. We were able to reach an agreement that was very reasonable and I would recommend Blue Star for anyone in need of Real Estate or Property Management services.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! And always read reviews before moving in anywhere! (That I did not do!)

Let me preface by saying I wish I could post a photo of our “notice to impose claim on security deposit” bc you would be shocked!!! They took our 3300 security deposit and then charged us 1550.01..$4850.01 total in damages/fixes/cleaning..wow! (One deduction being $2500 for general paint entire unit, holes, nails to be removed—mind you we filled each hole ourselves)
That’s wild considering we had everything professionally cleaned and took very good care of the condo we lived in for two years!

Their communication between each other is horrible! They have no idea what is going on. They outsource any fixes that need to be fixed-although it’s nearly impossible to get anything fixed anyway!

this company has been horrible! I have never had an experience with a management company THIS BAD..and I have been renting for 8 years..also I have never been charged so much after moving out..I take care of any unit I live in!
