My son and I just serviced our two GS and Jorge W. couldn’t have been a better Service Advisor. Besides his great communication, my son’s bike had an issue after service and Jorge and his manager assumed responsibility, and took care of it right away at no charge. You see the true colors of a dealership when there is an issue, and I am glad I can count on this BMW dealer to take care of our bikes.

Everything in this place is great except for Mr. Alexis Sanchez. He made my purchase an unforgettable negative experience. Walked out and went to BMW Motorcycles of Fort Lauderdale and had a pleasant experience. Feel very sorry for how a store with such nice staff could be brought down by one employee. He not only was rude but he lied about the reason of why I was upset to the general manager. I would recommend the place but stay away from Mr Sanchez. He has 20 years of experience which is a shame because his customer service skills are way below average.

Been to this dealer many times before to buy accessories for my bike and service my bike as well which I didn’t buy from them at the time because they didn’t have in stock and they have always treated me as part of the family and never have had a single complaint about any of the employees or the service provided to me. All the personel is very friendly.

Yesterday as I dropped off my bike for service and I ended up buying my second bike a 2020 S1000RR and the customer service was great. Humberto was great in putting all the numbers together for me and getting me a good deal along with the store manager and the finance manager. Also had some parts installed on my new bike before I left the dealer and Jorge in the service department was great in getting all the parts installed yesterday before I took my new bike home and also helped me set up my other bike for service earlier in the day.

Very good service ,properly done. Jorge ,Service Advisor, take his time telling you every work that is going to be done on the bike.Check in and check out excellent. Keep doing your work in the same way . By the way , my bike is a 1250 GSA HP

He was incredibly helpful and understanding with every step of the process. I would receive regular progress updates via phone call from Jorge which kept me at peace knowing that my motorcycle was in good hands and of high priority. They have exceeded all my expectations as a dealer. At their store, they offer a huge selection of clothing, gear, accessories, and more. The service department consist of only the most experienced BMW certified mechanics. I had an overall pleasant experience I will definitely visit again for my next service! Thank You so much!
