I purchased bar and bose acoustimass 300 bass module a $700.00 hundred dollard each subwoofer recently yesterday i was watching a movie smell like something was burning well i took the subwoofer to the bose store in dolphin mall assistant manager -Andres Escobar said he couldn’t help me to call 1800 number i really had respect for this brand i really feel bad frustrated think twice before getting a bose

Very professional staff. All around a great store. The manager is a gentleman and very polite. You pay a premium when you purchase Bose but it shows through with the way they take care of their customers. The store looks amazing as well and you can try music on all devices which is a must when it comes to sound systems. I definitely recommend this location and want to thank the staff who work here for doing such a great job!
