Only one member of this staff was helpful. Unbelievable. Lines were long, food was cold, I almost left but one of the managers Jonathan helped my wife and I. He is the ONLY reason I’m giving 5 stars. The girl at the register didn’t know what she was doing, the girl in drive thru didn’t know what she was doing. He managed to help each customer individually, quickly and respectfully. I don’t normally write google reviews but this one needed it, he deserved to be noticed for being the only NOT RUDE and HELPFUL person in the entire restaurant. A woman was nonchalantly cleaning already clean tables while we were all waiting to be helped, just lazy. The only way I will ever come back to this Boston market or recommend it to anyone is if Jonathan is the one helping us. When the food we were served was cold, he personally went and fixed a new plate and apologized to us for inconvenience. He single handedly saved this company a customer because I swear I almost walked out and would have never returned. And it’s a shame restaurants are turning out like this because I’ve been eating at bm for almost 20 years.

Meatloaf was moist and flavorful. Mash potatoes just as good. Friendly service clean place

After weeks of burnt chicken and pancaked cornbread this cook is back from vacation and the food is excellent. I loved the chicken salad sandwich on white with onions, but everything looked good for a change.

A wonderful service on Thanksgiving. I got my food very fast despite the large line. They work as a team. thank you very much especially to Mario, who guided me and made my wait much shorter time .with much professionalism and kindness. thanks.I really appreciate it.
