Staff forces you to use their insurance, but is not necessay… Yiu can decline their ins aslong as you have rental civerage but they refuse to accept it and decline rental

Truck was available and easy enough to rent, the back of it smelled like urine though. Upon returning, I tried to fill the tank back to max but the fuel wouldn’t fill up anymore as it was visibly maxed out in the tank. I took it down the street to return it and explained the situation but the manager who was working was still charging me the $35 fee + charging for the missing gas even though I offered to pay for the gas. She wouldn’t waive the fee and told me that sometimes the gas bubbles up so it looks full. How am I supposed to know that? Poor service from management for something they should have explained to me beforehand. Be careful when renting from here

Old beat up trucks. They make you, force you to purchase insurance. UHAUL does not. At the end of the day they tack up the price once insurance is added and comes out more expensive than uhaul. Trust are loud despite the “quiet ride” sticker on the door lol that was the funny part. Only a dead person would find it quiet. What a Dump.
