I ordered a bridal bouquet, three bridesmaids bouquets boutonnieres and corsages for a wedding occurring this weekend. I had my order delivered and received the wrong bridal bouquet. I sent an email with photos explaining that the bridal bouquet is not what I ordered but the other flowers look nice and I was happy with them. I requested a refund for the bridal bouquet only. I Didn’t receive any response the company so I called them this morning. They hung up on me twice and I had to use a different phone to reach this company. I address the issue I am having and they tell me that they never received my email. I resent the email while on the phone with the company and they tell me it has to go to an investigation and will take a couple of hours.

I will edit this review upon the results of their investigation.

Currently I would never recommend this company to anyone due to the poor customer service I am receiving. I now have to scramble to create a bouquet for my daughters wedding. I understand that substutations may need to be made at times with flower orders but the bridal bouquet was not what I ordered. It was smaller than the bridesmaids bouquets and didnt have any of the cascading greenery and flowers as ordered.

I received am email offering a partial refund for the bridal bouquet. I called the company. They told me the bouquet I request wasn’t able to be shipped and they substituted it with a different one. I asked them why they didn’t contact me as I would of changed the order. I requested a full refund for the bridal bouquet only and this time they honored my request and fully refunded the bridal bouquet.

I would recommend them for future orders but, be very specific about what you want and immediately contact them if your order is wrong.

Ordered roses and carnations for a school fundraiser and it was a great success. The floral specialist was extremely helpful and patient with all our requests and requirements. She always replied in a timely manner and followed up with calls. Super efficient. The flowers were packaged perfectly, arrived in time and in great condition. We would definitely order from Bunches direct again.

Terrible quality product and even worse customer service. The flowers for my event arrived damaged, wilted, and unusable. After many back and forth emails with customer service, they agreed to refund my order. Then, after I had thrown the flowers away, they went back on their word and said that they could only offer me a partial refund ($35 for a $280 order) because my pictures didn’t provide enough evidence. I should have realized they were going to put me on trial before getting rid of the damaged flowers. I regret trusting this company and would highly discourage anyone to work with a company who 1) stands behind a product that looks like that, and 2) lies to their customers.

My young brother is married. His girl from Miami and they are meeting at New York. She is a smart and handsome, working in finance. Wedding was in last year of November. Many people came on wedding. I had order beautiful bouquets of flowers from Bunches Direct.Thank you for great roses and lilies.

The delivery of flowers was very fast and the bouquet is just amazing! Special thanks to the manager for helping me to choose the perfect flower arrangement! Great prices, the right approach to the customer and very beautiful fresh flowers! Thanks Bunchesdirect, I am very delighted!
