Stephanie from the management office is awesome, super polite and professional, she helped me through the application process all the time, the relocation was amazing.

The neighbors are nice and the condominium is beautiful, we are just waiting to this pandemic situation finally ends to enjoy the on site amenities.

I went a couple days ago to ask for leasing information & Stephanie helped us. She was very helpful and friendly. She gave us a tour and she answered all of our questions… Great Staff!

My partner and I went to tour the property about a month ago. It looks very chill and the staff seems great. We toured with a lady name Kim, she was very friendly and no matter how many crazy questions we had, she replied with a smile on her face. The only reason we didn’t rent there is cause my job moved me and we got a house in Orlando instead. Fully recommend going for a tour though. 🙂

BLUF: Bait and Switch tactics carefully disguised by supply demand pricing. Get a quote but that lower price will be unavailable when you apply later on (24 hours later).

I toured one of the Belize rooms on a Thursday morning. The place I was shown was stacked away in the corner far away from guest parking so I wasn’t a fan. There was another location available on the premises but I received a quote for both just in case. Friday morning I check the site and discover the less desirable location is gone and the one I had inquired about was still available.

Friday after lunch I arrive to fill an application out for the place still available online (online application was not working). Surprise surprise that place is no longer available, but conveniently there is another unit available in a week. Thanks to the fluctuating prices previously negatively mentioned in other posts; the price I had received was not valid. Bait and switch? The same exact styling would be more expensive per month. As I write this the unit I wanted is still available online albeit at the higher price as advertised.

I’ve lived in SD, near Seattle, and NoVA so unfortunately I’ve encountered this business practice before. Steer clear.

Edit: see management comments. The same exact style I was quoted for is $1100-1500 more for the length of the lease for the same exact style 48 hours later. Other than location difference there are no additional benefits but the leases are the same cost. Roll the dice with the “market value” tactics or head for honest business elsewhere. I’m choosing the latter.
