Shoe stores are usually a hit or miss for me based on my preference but Champs always have a good selection. And always up to date with the new stuff at reasonable prices. The employees greeted me as soon as i walked in and they was very helpful throughout my visit

I’m very disappointed in this location, never have I
I reserved a shoe and they “dont know what happen”. I had until 3 pm to pick up and was there with enough time to spare. I’ve never experienced this and even had managers looking at me like I was a dumb customer. Then a sales rep took a pair and said this is my pair right in front of me which could’ve fit me. It’s very disrespectful and if you’re going to hold raffles it should be fair and true.

Great sports equipment and apparel store. Their selection is fantastic and the prices are reasonable. They always have knowledgeable staff who are willing to help.

You can tell who is there for a check and who actually likes their job. Employees need more customer service training. No cell phones on the floor and greet customers. A smile and positive attitude goes a long way.
