Chase Bank

Never had bad expirence.staff and manegar great people eager to help..to many fake lies about this bank the one at the windixie on 97 st suks yes.

Incredibly frustrated. Under the circumstances while trying to help our elderly stay home chase did not allow me to make a cash payment to my Dad’s account because I I don’t have an account with them. A $40 payment had to be done by him personally or i had to go buy a money order spose my self more .Also the enclosed wait before entering the bank is not safe no way to keep 6 feet distance

This place has a lot of negative reviews but my experience was very good. I went to open accounts for myself and my wife. The service was very professional and cordial.

THERE WAS NOT SIGN THAT THE ATM WAS DOWN. ATM broken bank was closed, emplyees inside the bank and they didnt care about 4 to 5 people trying to use the ATM and non of them even bothered. I had to knock om the door and ask them after 30 min wasted on the line to use it.

This Chase branch in particular has terrible customer service. They skip reading the sign in list and call people in any way they feel like it. Then you do and tell them and they say ok “I will call you next”….HELLO AIRHEAD !!! How about an “APOLOGY”. I wonder how the staff is selected ? Horrible customer service and dirty center table full of wet lollipop stick holder and clear wrapper . I was there for 2:30 hrs and no one came to clear the table !
