Claire’s

I remember when i was younger i used to love when my parents would take me to the mall to get me stuff from Claire’s. Im so happy that they are still around and i get to shop here for my daughter. Some items are sort expensive than what it use to be but there’s always sale maybe a buy 3 get 3 free sometimes. They have stuff toys, jewelry, hair accessories, bags, key chains, hats, sunglasses, stationery items etc. Its a goo

I got my ears pierced her & it was painless and quick,it wasn’t red or anything and we didnt experience any issues after the piercing

Never again will I ever step foot in here, the girls are super rude and not helpful at all, I mean if you don’t like your job why take it out on an innocent customer, I spend money here because my daughter loves Claire’s but I will no longer spend my money where I’m not appreciated. Claire’s need to have a customer service class because the management team and associates are too rude. I wish I could give -0

I usually love Claire’s as it has a lot of cute things for my daughter. My experience with this store in particular was not a nice one. For starters the store was a mess, the 2 girls that worked tonight (Feb 13,2019 at 7:30 pm) were very rude. A little tip on customer service “don’t speak negatively about customers while they are there” Both girls were complaining about how rude people that visited the store were. One was across the room from the other so their conversation was very loud. They complained about how everyone walked into the store and didn’t help them clean or pick up things from the floor. Now I may not know a lot about retail but I am sure that if you work at a store, you are the one responsible for keeping it clean and picking up, Not the customer. They made it very awkward in there as everyone could hear them and I slowly stepped out as I was too uncomfortable to ask them about a product as they were complaing about everyone ( I was not the only one who left not buying anything) It will be my last time going to that Claire’s. I do not think any company would like individuals working like this for them as it indeed will cost them money. ( the picture is a small area of the entrance but the rest of the floor was this way)
