THE WORST ELEVATOR COMPANY EVER. THEY LACK COMMUNICATION SKILLS & CONTINUOUSLY PROLONG THINGS THAT THEY TELL YOU THEY WOULD FIX OR TAKE CARE OF. YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM COUNTLESS TIMES TO GET INFORMATION ON ANY OF THE WORK BEING DONE. IF YOU DONT BABY SIT THEIR WORK, THEY WILL GET OVER ON YOU.

Took over 2 weeks to get someone out. I had to call three times to finally get someone out. Unfortunately power had been cut off to continue construction. On top of that, sales rep came out, all negative, unit old, need a new cab, etc. While two other companies came out and our working on a remodeling quote on existing elevator. Jennifer was very helpful, but the rest bad all around service.

HORRIBLE company. I recommend that if you’re considering doing business with them you look for a superior company, UNLESS, you are ok with sub par service and having your requests ignored. Maria who answers the phone is EXTREMELY rude AND aggressive to paying clients. This is the LAST contract we will be signing with them. They ignore service calls, and schedule appointments however NO ONE EVER SHOWS UP or even worse they confirm appointment and then have no recollection of ever confirming appointments with you. This company is completely unprofessional. The management they have does not care about their clients and treat people poorly on the phone by yelling at them and insulting them. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!
