They don’t have the option of 0 stars so 1 it is. Where do I begin. It took 4+ months for the doctor to sign a clearance form and after a constant back and forth just to comply with all her prerequisites in order to get my documents singed I go attend the last visit and she has the nerve to say she doesn’t want to attend me anymore. She’s a racist lady with white hair. The owner is disgusting got in my face threatening me for NO reason and kicked me out the clinic. I really hope Miami Dade College removes them off their recommended places to attend for clearance. Thank god I never have to see those people faces again. The office is stuck in the 80’s with chairs older than I am and a tv with a box in the back. The receptionist with glasses is the only thing that deserves 5 stars.
