First time visiting this place and two Hispanic women who were supposed to greet and asked to see if my family and I needed any assistance in looking for furniture failed at their jobs. While they were talking amongst each other one said “No you go help them and the other said the same. We walked out the store and did not waste our time because they not only lack professionalism…the furniture is not worth the money. I would give 0 stars but there aren’t such a thing.

I must admit that I originally ordered my bed in March and just received it today. Throughout the whole process Jessica and other girls from Coco Furniture always maintained me up to date with the status of my order. As soon as it arrived it was delivered straight to me. I can’t express how happy I am with my purchase and how beautiful my bed is! It was totally worth the wait. Jessica was always super polite and always kept me in the loop with the updated ETAs. This is the BEST place to go for furniture! ❤️💯

Today I was going out looking for furniture since I’m moving. I was assisted by Cary Fernandez and Ani. The customer service was great and i had a great experience. If it wasn’t for there personality and professionalism i would have gone home without purchasing anything. I purchased a bedroom set with an amazing price and with my fashion taste. Everything was trending and popular.

it makes me wanna be a little kid again! the store is spacious and fun to look around. it’s exciting to be there. we bought wall decor and mobiles for my daughters room. the sales person was very helpful.
