Cold Stone Creamery

Came here with a group of four, the staff were SO SLOW getting us our ice cream. Two of us somehow finished our ice cream before the last person in our group got their order. This all happened before paying. The most confusing part was the staff skipped over our last person, and served three other people who were behind us in line. We weren’t sure if the girl was mad at us, and lashing out at us passive aggressive like. Very confused, worst service I’ve ever witnessed at this establishment.

Great customer service, compare to the other stores this location here, have very outstanding customer service. I ordered a cake for my event, the manager made sure she contacted me for when it was time to pick up my items. Made my experience very smooth. Even when I stop by once in awhile for some ice cream they always quick, smiling and energized. Very special thanks to the manager Sandy.

I’ve been to several coldstone location this by far is the worst. The staff isn’t friendly and they run out of things quickly. Idk if their blender is actually broke or they just don’t want to make milkshakes either way don’t come to this location looking for one. Their ice cream tastes a little bit buttery if that makes sense.

Delicious ice cream made in a very particular way. The coffee ice cream is the best I had in a very long time. I recommend it.
