So I purchased two pairs of shoes two weeks ago. I take it back to the store to return one of them. I paid with a debit card so they should give me cash back but they don’t. They tell me it’s a debit back to my card. I tell the clerk that the money want go back right away. She then says that’s what they do. Once the transaction is completed I log on to my account and show her that the money is not in the account. She then says it will take three to five businesses days. They took it the same minute but to give it back they take days.

Very disappointed In the manager’s attitude. Rude and impolite. Everyone helped us very good and Aria 307157 was extremely nice except the manager. Apparently after buying $100 shoes we didn’t deserved a paper bag instead very rudely took the paper bag and gave us a plastic bag where the box didn’t even fit. I think it was the bag for the trash. All these for exchanging my right for the 15% off student discount.
