Don’t waste your time coming here. When we came in, we weren’t greeted. We asked a host how does it work and she didn’t reply. Another host asked her “do you want to tell them” and she said “no”. Very weird situation. Also, there is a 6 dollar fee for children and 9 dollar fee for adults. Not to mention the ceramic items are incredibly expensive. Something as basic as a mug is 16 dollars. Worst of all, you have to wait 7 days to get your painted item. Won’t be going here ever. Horrible.

First off I would like to state this location should not be opened and in reality should be reported to the better business bureau. They have an owner that is treating customers bad based on their language of preference and their overall race. I went in to the location for the first time with my son, the manager asked us if we have ever been here I told her no and she pointed towards the ceramics and informed me to pick a ceramic and someone will help us. My son and I were sitting for quite some time until I decided to stand up and ask if someone was going to help us. While we were sitting and waiting a Spanish family came in and she went straight to them, even helped them pick their pieces and was very attentive with them and even offered them something to drink all while my son and I were waiting for someone to help us. When she did come and help us which she only came when I asked she seemed very bothered and when we needed more paint she would put very small amounts, for the piece that we purchased we needed more paint because it was a big sized piece. After the horrible experience we had with her we were being treated very well by an employee, once we finished I asked the employee to take a picture of my son and I and when we took the picture my son accidentally painted the pink nose brown. The employee was very nice and said she would fix it. When i went to pay the rude manager was the one who was charging me when she charged me I told her the piece needed to be fixed, that the employee helping me said she will fix it, she said it will be done. When i come in to pick the piece up the nose was not done, the manager was also not in. They were able to send it in to get fixed within 2 days and also that day I had another piece painted since the manager was not there, we had a good experience. Now they informed me my piece will be ready in 2 days on the second day I was not called i called a few minutes after they closed and the young lady that answered informed me that the piece had to get fixed again that it will be ready tomorrow. I was upset because i should’ve been called to at least be informed that it will take another day. The next day i go in, IT WAS MY SONS BIRTHDAY. He had such a great time painting the last time that the moment we went in he asked to paint again I was considering it until the manager treated us horribly. I went in to the location and she was on the phone, she did not even acknowledge our preway sence. I walked all the to where she was she continued on the phone, of course another family comes in and she greets them after completely ignoring us. The family that walked in of course was a Spanish family. I asked her if my piece was ready she said normally i would have to wait until 5 and that I need to be a little more patient and that she will check. The piece I ordered was a two piece cookie jar. The head was the one that needed to be re done the other was the bottom, she was sending me out with just the head. I informed her that I did not take the bottom piece. She went back on the phone and was helping other people until finally she told me that she does not know where the bottom piece is. I do not understand how she did now know where my piece was especially after all the inconvenience. It was ridiculous. I told her i was going to call corporate again because of how she was acting and that its not right. She told me that I don’t need to come to that location anymore since i do not like the way she treats me. I was furious, i stepped out to my car and called corporate and left a voicemail. I then called the store back and she had found the piece. I feel so mistreated and discriminated against, I can only imagine how an African american or a customer that doesn’t speak any Spanish is treated like in that location. I speak Spanish and the entire time I spoke English because we are in the United States not a Spanish country. And little does she know that I am Spanish I may not look the par but I am. This location should not be opened and she definitely needs to be reprimanded.

It is really nice place, with lots of ceramic shapes to paint. They have music, which makes it a fun place to share with friends and family. The staff is really attend and always willing to help. It is a little expensive, but worth it. I went with my daughter and my husband and we have a good time together.
