I Live in the UK and had an issue with an HP Spectre x360 (motherboard failure). I contacted HP and a number of UK repair companies, HP give me the run-around, the “other companies” were not sure they could fix it!

I read about Compu Genie on the HP forums, I contacted Compu Genie (Gaston, a Gentleman) and we arranged for me to ship my x360. It was worth the shipment cost, Compu Genie turned the x360m round in 24 hours and shipped back to the UK, the repair and associated cost was exemplary. These guys were amazing and could not do enough to help. Customer focused, professional and quality repair. Thankyou.
