I just got this item ready to wrap for Christmas- they obviously sold me a used item! First there was a stain on the box, then the flasks had mismatched lids on them, then a glob of goop on one, water stains on bottle, then to top it off, the inside of one of them had what looked like staining from some liquid sitting in it too long- like a mark where it had some liquid at that level for so long it couldn’t be washed off! But it was something besides water! Seriously you’re going to sell that as a new item!’

Very frustrating. They did not pay for shipping and handling, even though when I bought it it had free shipping/handling through Amazon and now are charging a re-stocking fees. The hard drive I bought form them crashed my computer several times. Therefore the item had to be returned and I expected a full refund. Instead they shorted me over $13, plus made me pay for shipping/handling.

1/10 if I could. Best scalpers I’ve ever seen when it comes to price gouging products both in store and on Amazon. Horrible price gouging shows their business intent and lack of regards to customer satisfaction. Anything goes as long as they get their money, doesn’t matter how badly they rip you off.
