they don’t help you at all, you can have pain in your back & all they do is give you a 20 second massage & when you ask to do it longer they only do it for another 20 seconds, the things they make you do to help you recover is mediocre.. DO NOT RECOMMEND, THEY DONT TREAT THE CLIENT EFFECTIVELY
