Please take your family members elsewhere if you truly care about them. Yes the staff is friendly but a pretty smile is not going to take care of my fathers health. They never follow through with patients and to get a referral for a specialist is like pulling teeth to them. If you need a hightech exam done they have to double think about it since it will cost them more to send the patient somewhere else.

En mi experiencia personal no he sido antendido en esta clinica con la clasificacion de excelencia , tanto por personal medico , como personal administrativo .La historia seria muy larga de explicar , le dare una clasificacion de una estrella.

For my personal experience , I have not been attended in this clinic with the qualification of excellence , the story would be very long to explain , I will give a classification of one stars

Push your family members like cattle.
Give them medication and out the door, do not treat sickness or follow thru with good care. Checking other places where they treat elderly with dignity and respect.

These clinics are so incompetent that my father will end up dying before they get a chance to not only diagnose him correctly, but, let alone treat him. In what has been a comedy of errors and repeated tests, their inconsistent and negligent doctors and their staff have essentially abandoned him. There may not be a legal recourse, but his death will have to be on their conscience.
