I was the Old client of the previous owner. I came back to hair salon to a new onwer but someone that was working at the salon before and now owner. Arlene (owner) did my hair 3 times, when I decided I wanted my daughter (age 8-11) have her tips cut and blow dried. My daughter has curly hair to her waist and we were excited to take her on a beauty day right before her Christmas show (not first time visit,so she knows what to expect) We got there and the first thing she mentioned is how long her hair was and that cutting the tips was to small of a haircut, we request 2 inches off in which this did not appear to make her happy. She stated that due to her hair being waist length she will have to stand for hair cut. My daughter complied just to have her yank her hair while untangleling, because she was stading up while she was doing this and cutting. Right after she tells me that she will get another client because due to hair it will take her an hoyr to blow dry so she will take someone else. I couldn’t wait for her to finish cutting off my daughter’s hair to see her face full of tears!!! She was nailing her with the hard brush bristles on her scalp, this was borderline abuse. My heart ached for my child, who has the nerve to do this to a child, really!!! I was furious!! We paid for hair cut and left. She pretty much ruined my daughter’s day and my day!! EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!!

I came here because my friend recommended the place. I did not get to do my hair with her stylist but they suggested a man I believe his name was Juan Carlos. I had dyed my hair black and wanted to take the black color off and do a balayage. Well, he only bleached out half the black and left the Top half of my hair black. I had black patches all over my hair and when I complained about it, the manager didn’t even offer to fix free of charge. The stylist also applied a toner which he didn’t even leave on for more than 10 mins. THE OWNER SAW THIS AND TOLD HIM IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN LEFT LONGER AND HE DIDNT EVEN REAPPLY. I went 3 times in efforts to fix what he ruined and when I left I looked like I had flames of fire in my hair. I had black and red patches and blonde highlights to compliment my patches. I’ve never been so disappointed. Worst customer service needless to say. I got my hair fixed in one try at Bliss beauty salon in Hialeah. Never going there again.
